[CAUT] Teflon and felt bushings

Barbara,

One of the problems in measuring touchweight of teflon-bushed parts is that
the resistance to movement of the part at rest is rather large, but then
when the part is in motion, resistance is very small. So static measurements
of touchweight in these actions are less useful than in wool-bushed actions.
Maybe someone else out there has found a way to deal with these actions. My
way is to replace the parts ASAP.
