[CAUT] lab woes

Michelle,

It IS odd how these strange connections seem to occur.  The instructor
running up and down the hallway is funny, but you have to try to imagine
what used to be here as a group piano lab at HSU when I came in 1989:  A big
room with 27--yup, 27!--Hamilton uprights all playing at once.  And they
operated here that way for years and years.  In fact, when the Yamaha lab
that started this whole thread was purchased, the head of the piano area
here was actually angry about losing the above described acoustic nightmare.
Go figure....
