Yep, we had the same, though I think 15 to 20 Hamiltons instead of 27. Fortunately before my time as piano technician (I was a grad student then). We had a Wurlitzer hybrid (mechanical/electric) lab as an interim between the Hamiltons and the current Roland lab.
