I think I mentioned to you about getting complaints.  If admin isn't  
hearing them, then nobody but you seems unsatisfied.

They might find somebody who, for a while, wants to try to prove him/ 
herself.  But mediocre pianos happen not because of a mediocre  
technician, but because of a mediocre attitude from administration.   
It won't take the new person long before he realizes he can only  
perform a limited amount of miracles.
