Job Opening

Kawai America Corporation is expanding its technical support department
and has an 
immediate opening for the position of Technical Service Manager.  This
position oversees 
the operation of the entire technical support department, including
Acoustic and Electronic pianos.

The position requires exceptional skills in the following areas:
-         Customer Relations
-         Piano Technical Troubleshooting and Service
-         Organizational and Operational Management 

The ideal candidate would have the following background:
-         A minimum of 10 years of experience as a piano technician
-         Skills in fundamental piano rebuilding 
-         Strong knowledge of piano construction 
-         High-level concert service ability 

The following additional background would benefit the applicant:
-         Experience with corporate or institutional piano work
-         RPT status in the Piano Technicians Guild.
-         A working knowledge of electronic musical instruments
