Yep,  Thats (the 2 mm and 72 ¤ angle) what they teach at Hamamatsu, and 
its what I got at Hamburg as well for that matter. Dont know about the 
(NY) S$S tight-lipped-ness bit.  Hamburg seems willing enough to chat if 
you drop them a line.  At least TME.
