[CAUT] Piano Horse

We use to do the same thing but we didn't use a "johnny bar" .   Where was that placed?   
I moved concert grands with one other guy...BIG GUY, mind you...no piano horse, no use of the lyre
If people are actually still lifting the moving board up to place the dolly...well, I'm amazed...
We were going over onto the board on top of the dolly 25 years ago.
