Well, I use the Japanese knife with the wooden sheath sold by Bill, 
and I set up the work on
an ironing board in front of me (height adjustable) with a good 
light. I listen more than look
at the TV. So far, no blood on the keysticks ... <grin> and the piano 
vodka remains - the piano
vodka.
