[CAUT] glue applicators, was: key bushings

I use a tapered hammer shank to apply glue when hanging hammers.  For 
most other applications, such as bushings, I use ivory tails.  They are 
perfect in width, thickness and flexibility.  And we all have at least 
a shoe box full.
