Not around here.  Only the recording mics which are flown in, or in  
the rare case of a mic needed at the podium for a host.  Otherwise,  
everything must be completely "unplugged" and acoustic.

Our problem would be that a cord for a D/C would have to extend  
completely across the stage.  No built in A/C in the floor.

I mean, seriously.  acoustic.
