explorer.  Its at Edvard Grieg's home on his own grand piano.  National
Norwegian TV  We tuned Grieg's piano down from 442 to 436 for a special
recording that emulates Grieg's own playing style phrase for phrase.
Nearly 5 weeks resulting in 15 minutes of CD music to be released soon.
But the secondary story is how the old instrument bloomed and opened. A
very pronounced killer octave all but disappeared and the grumsy bass
cleaned up an amazing amount.  Hard to hear on the TV recording... but
you would'nt believe the change in the instruments character.
