Bore and taper. Hang. Remove from rail, arc tails, cut to length. Adjust SW. I don't cove the tail, it only removes ~.3 g which translates to less than 2 g at the front of the key, IMO not worth the effort. Before hanging, I weigh each hammer and plot them on a chart. Weigh and separate shanks.
