Goose Juice plus is nolonger available as centerpins and copper windings turned green when suspended in that wonderful stuff for a year. How do you spell Vertigre? Did not want the responsibility of offering a product that would cause problems if used the wrong way. Goose Juice will not discolor pins or windings. I have even soaked bass strings with it without any ill effects. However I still use a rag when lubing an upright that has rusty strings. I hates to tie knots. <g> Joe Goss RPT Mother Goose Tools imatunr at srvinet.com www.mothergoosetools.com ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jim Busby" <jim_busby at byu.edu> To: "College and University Technicians" <caut at ptg.org> Sent: Thursday, July 19, 2007 1:34 PM Subject: Re: [CAUT] key-easing pliers? > Doug, > > Leather lasts!
