John, While I was at IWU, I put brakes on the casters of our trucks on stage (maybe just on the front wheels). I think I got them from Schaff (that was a long time ago). The brakes worked, but the stage crew & faculty had a problem operating them correctly, in spite of the chart I made showing which positions were on and off. There were only two choices, why did they always choose the wrong one?
