You asked about how much to charge for waiting from 5 - 8. You should 
charge them your hourly rate. If you do not have an hourly rate, then 
use your tunign fee to figure this out. IOW, if you charge $75 to tune 
a piano, and it takes you an hour, then you're hourly rate is $75 per 
hour. You have to be there from 5 - 8, that's three hours, or $225. 

As far as the complimentary tickets you receive, unless you and the 
venue agreed that the tickets are in exchage for tuning the pianos, 
they should considered a gift to you, as a thank you for doing the 
work, but not as part of your compensation.
