Yes, it's marked with a special label. However, one of the students
didn't see the label and replaced a string with regular wire and it
wasn't apparent. Go figure. They weren't even out of phase. In fact, the
same student ran out of size 16 and used regular wire and with a small
amount of voicing (evening out) it isn't noticeable. I'm still learning
more about this wire!

Jim,

Do you leave a note of some kind in pianos that you string with Pure
Sound? 
Could be quite a shock when the next tech needs to replace a broken 
string...
