The Department of Music at the State University of New York at Oswego
announces the opening of a ¾ time Piano Tuner/Technician position beginning
August 1, 2007. Responsibilities: include tuning and maintaining 63 Steinway
and Baldwin pianos, strong aural tuning, regulating and rebuilding skills.
Certification from an accredited piano technology program or demonstrated
equivalent proficiency.  Member of the Piano Technicians Guild with
registered piano technician status preferred.  Salary is commensurate with
rank and experience. Please send cover letter, resume, three letters of
recommendation, and transcripts to: Dr. Julie Pretzat, Department of Music,
SUNY Oswego, 109 Tyler Hall, Oswego, NY 13126.  Review of applications will
begin June 11, 2007 and will continue until the position is filled. SUNY
