Hygrometer accuracy is considerably less important than 
repeatability for tuning records. You're more interested in 
changes there than absolute numbers. Absolute accuracy becomes 
more important when you're hoping to control wood MC in belly 
work. A 3% RH error will make a 0.5% difference in MC, or 
thereabouts.
