That would be a rocker-arm action. The sticker is pressure fit into
the rocker and there might be a small screw to secure it on the sticker.

To remove the stack, loosen the screw if it's there and pop the sticker out.
No big deal.

You should buy the Bechstein Off-set Screwdriver to expediently adjust these
rockers. They work well when given a little care.
