[CAUT] S&S hammer flange rail material

Hi-
Not to be different, but I rather like it without anything. There was a time
back in the 60's when at least someone in the factory agreed with that
notion.  I have not had problems with loose flanges and the fit I get on the
rail feels more solid to me.  Obviously it works fine with material, but
it's not critical.
