[CAUT] Position posting: MTSU School of Music

Wim hit it on the head.  They're probably not paying for the three years
of experience.  But neither was the carpenter required to have a bachelors
degree in music, which I still say is silly.  It is a combination
management/maintenance position. They don't teach that in music school.

The people we work for still have no clue about what we do or what we are
worth outside of academia. They assume we are just like the rest of the
faculty: willing to forego family and life outside the walls of the
university to pursue a magical career in music that you have invested tens
upon tens of thousands of dollars training half your life for in exchange
for a meager standard of living for ONE.
