[CAUT] strikeweight

Thanks Chris. I wondered if what you call "channelling" is what I call shank
thinning. I built a router jig some years back for this procedure. But that
was before we could easily get shank sets that have the upper portion
already thinned (channelled). Do you routinely thin (channel) all the
shanks, 1 to 88, for each set you install these days?
