[CAUT] damper wire removal

Hi List,

I have never had to do this, but on the Steinway A I'm rebuilding, I'm 
gong to have to replace some of the damper wires :>(  I've never had to 
replace one in 16 years!

What are the best methods for removing the wire from the damper head? They 
seem to be quite fixed in there!
