Ric, Well here are a few lines from the 1st paragraph of the letter I received with this. "Steinway & Sons Technical Department, in conjunction with the Institutional Sales Dept.,is pleased to announce a new program to reinforce our commitment to technicians servicing our All Steinway Schools. The purpose of the program is to establish a communication forum to help support you and the work you perform on Steinway Designed Pianos at these Institutions." So I guess If your a tech. at an All Steinway School and they know, you're a part of this program. I didn't know anything about it until I received the stuff in the mail and I got a certificate stating I was recognized as a "All Steinway School Technical Partner" I guess you could contact Kent Webb for more details -- Tony Graves RPT Piano Technician School of Music Ball State University Muncie, IN 47306 (765) 285-0053 On 5/12/08 10:34 AM, "Richard Brekne" <ricb at pianostemmer.no> wrote: Hi Tony, sounds like a cool way of dealing with the whole issue.
