[CAUT] Renner back action

Parallel when the key is depressed and the damper is raised. Draw the line
from the top of the lift felt and parallel to the bottom of the key. In the
the depressed position, the underlever should not go past being parallel to
this line or the contact point moves suddenly. So set the under lever in the
fully depressed position.
