My husband runs FileMaker for a government mailing list and chats about it every now and then. I didn't know it could be used with a PDA. I'd love to see what you have, thank you. Alan's used to be on the caut web page, but that "resources" link seems to have disappeared. I use Alan's and like it very much. Jim's has more "bells and whistles" in terms of tracking what you do. If you are interested, let me know and I'll send you files. FIleMaker does have a pda version that others use (I don't myself). I'm looking for a software to track multi pianos & keep the service with each piano for easy access of history. Would love it to be portable for going on the road. I've been using ACT, but it is limiting to how many pianos per entry and have to scroll thru the multi entries to figure out what each piano has had for work. However, it sync's up with a palm pilot for easy access when away from the office. Now that I'm getting more schools with a lot more pianos, I need to rethink it all. Love to hear your ideas.
