Dear Colleagues, On April 26, 2010 a court order was issued in the Supreme Court of the State of New York - 60 Centre Street, New York, NY enjoining Gerhard Feldmann, his agents, servants and employees from removing from the state, transferring, selling , pledging, assigning or otherwise disposing of a Steinway grand piano owned by Mary Schwendeman, model B, Serial # 455068, Steinway factory case parts number # H 425 A piano mover who moves this piano would qualify as Mr. Feldmann’s agent. I’m advised that anyone should be very careful in doing anything which might result in a transfer or sale etc. of this piano.
