Thanks for everyones responses. I do have the general liability insurance through PTG(Jerry Kiser). Yes, they are asking for worker's comp insurance as well. Yes, they are aware that I am a sole proprieter with no employees. The Montana plan sounds a lot cheaper than New York's(surprise, surprise!) I'll try and keep you posted.
