This notice should interest CAUT members who might like to contribute on the

subject of instrument acquisition and maintenance, a major budget concern
with implications for personnel management.

The Journal of Performing Arts Leadership in Higher Education, an on-line
peer-reviewed journal dedicated to the enrichment of leadership in the
performing arts in higher education, is seeking submissions for its
inaugural publication in 2010. Articles regarding curriculum, recruitment,
fundraising, personnel management, and other topics relevant to deans,
directors, chairs, and area coordinators are considered. The editorial board
consists of music and theatre administrators from institutions such as
Indiana, Eastman, Yale, Harvard, Northwestern, Peabody, CCM, Oberlin, and
more. Please see the website at http://jpalhe.cnu.edu/index.htm for more
information.
