This is where expertise (or at least the ability to thoroughly research the topic) from the Home Office should come into play; this is not something that piano technicians are going to build from the ground up (without wasting a ridiculous amount of time and hot air). Many many many associations do this, no reason to reinvent systems that apparently work well. The Home Office (at the direction of the Board) should be able to work on an estimate of costs (which the Board and Council can decide if we want to fund it). Probably a good idea to see if the new association software package has a module for this.

An awful lot of hard feelings will happen when seminar directors don't send in the information to the HO in a timely manner.
