Jim, The one question I would ask is "when, other than all-Steinway day classes taught by Steinway representatives, have you ever heard any PTG sponsored Steinway maintenance or rebuilding instruction taught AS IS TAUGHT by Steinway?" Again, for better or worse is not the question. When have you seen or heard similar pot shots taken at any other currently prominent manufacturer?
