Jon, It reads 112mm. That's a bit short, isn't it? I may have to consider moving the capstans back a bit, but how does one determine how far back to move them. Being a '24, it's got the old tilted caps, which I realize is a part of this problem. I'll also recheck pinning as the humidity is going up, so things could be a bit tighter.
