[CAUT] Hammer head removing tool

Thanks, Paul. I want a tool that won't destroy the head or the shank.

There are a couple of types of tool that do this, the spreader-and-clamp,
the screw type (like a bicycle chain tool), and the pliers with one forked
jaw and one pusher jaw. The spreader is good but takes more time to attach
the clamp and adjust the screw, and the chain tool type leaves a dimple in
the end of the shank.

I'm curious about people's experience with the pliers - one has an
adjustable pusher bolt, and one has a fixed pusher. Any preference out
there?
