[CAUT] steinway upright regluation problem

yeah, i put some prolube on it, with no success, tried a dab of the
prolube grease, no result.  if i do go back, i'll pull the action and
remove a wippen to see what's going on with it.  hopefully a little
work will remedy it, as people aren't to keen on paying for hours
spent troubleshooting!
