Hi Jim,

Regarding the policy we developed here at IC; I wrote the policy (with  
help form samples by Alan and others) and then asked the piano faculty  
to make suggestions and changes as they felt necessary. It was a  
pretty good experience for all concerned and now I have the complete  
backing of the piano faculty. It really helps.
