OK...kind of answers the question.  While Valentine was doing most of 
the boards, they would usually come through at least OK.  Plate 
height was still a real problem...whatever came in is what went out; 
and the new action fitting remains pretty darned atrocious, which 
pretty much means starting over.  On the other hand, there's a warranty.

As one of their DSMs used to be fond of telling me when I would whine 
about various things..."...well...you've got to admit that no one 
does as good a finish as we do..."...kind of says it all, I think....
