I will echo Alan: Steingraeber should be there. Also, I thought I'd post a couple photos of Sauter's innovation and attention to detail with respect to uprights: an extra spring to assist repetition (Steingraeber has something analogous as well), and their design of upright sostenuto, also showing use of extra mass for damper heads.
