About pitch.............. At Oberlin we pitch average on pianos that do not get tuned enough to keep them "Perfectly" at 440. In other words, we anticipate the changes that will occur in the time that will pass between tunings and set the pitch accordingly. Correct me if I am wrong, but I thought this was fairly common practice.
