Andy advise concerning a Young Chang G-157 approximately ten years old which just before Christmas was subjected to the following scenario? Owner went away for 5 days and returned to find: Toilet bowl upstairs had cracked--water dripped down on part of the piano. Water built up in basement and caused the furnace to stop working. The house and piano froze. The instrument is now quite flat in pitch and has many sticking dampers. The question is how much and what sort of permanent damage to expect. The piano was not "flooded" by water. Thanks in advance, Don Rose (Drose@microcity.com)
