Bill,
      Wheel chairs can be controlled by a set of switches that are activated
by either blowing or sucking on a tube.  A provided of such devises, prosthetic
devices, should be listed in your phone book.  Alternatively get in touch with
a surgical supply house, they would have directories of such suppliers.
      I like the tongue activated switches.  Perhaps one could be adapted to
operate the most common functions of a SAT.
