     Sorry about the chintzy way your music department chairman is acting.
Seems to me there is a possibility that he is trying to take money from you
to put elsewhere.
     But to look on the bright side .  .  .  Would it not be possible for you
to
schedule three tunings a day, five days a week, for eight weeks and pick up
$7800 or more during the summer?  Hey, maybe you will so like making
good money that you can tell the dept chair to . . . . .
