I know a fellow who insists on adding drive pinning fluid to Yamaha grands before driving in new pins. He says it's essential to ending up with a good tuning pin feel during tuning. I've tuned pianos that he has restrung and I like the feel of the tuning pin. Otto Trefz used to supply tuning fluid fluid, but I don't know where to get it now. Anyone?
