HUGE pitch raise

Hi to All:

If you had a baby Bulldog, would you cut his tail off, 1 inch at
a time?

In an extreme case such as this, I would bring up to A440 roughly
in 10 minutes.  Then I would do a pitch raise job with the normal
overshoot, taking about 20 minutes.  Then do a fine tuning.
