Bottoms Up Pitch Raising

Dear Joel and Pris:

In the graphs which Dr Sanderson showed, before a pitch raise there
was more dropping than at the struts.  This seemed to indicate that indeed
the plate was a large part of the problem.  The graph was kinda'
scalloped between struts.
