You would be up to your eyeballs in trouble.  The pressure bar was installed
before the piano was chipped.  The stress on the screws is extremely high
and the probability of breaking one off is very high.

This is a bad place to have to replace a string, but there are worse places
in some spinets.

If you got a string in and your coil is a little worse than a factory string
than count yourself a craftsperson of skill and persistance.
