credit card sales

I have been using credit card sales for a number of years.   It does not see
much use though,   The paperwork is a pain, it takes time to fill out the
forms correctly, make the necessary phone calls and submit the merchant
invoice.   I pay a 3% discount rate.   Having the capability to do sales
over the phone is a bonus and has to be asked for.  Customers do appreciate
it though as they can get their air miles.
