Baldwin Hamilton Keys

Even if someone had the same piano and was willing to give up the keys,
they would not fit.

The keys are cut apart by hand on a bandsaw and the drilling of the keys AND
the balance rail are done at the same time so that the bit deflection
because of grain density will exactly match the balance rail.

Again a mismatch.

The 243 is a fine piano and can benefit from new keys and a good action
going over. Call the factory in Juarez, they may be able to help you when
the Arkansas people cannot.

I hope you got the piano cheap.
