Dear List, For those of you who operate shops outside your home. What is the per centage of rent you pay for this space compared to your monthly gross? Not the money, just the per centage. I am thinking of renting some shop space and trying to get a perspective on this. Also, how much time do you spend in this space compared to outside tuning? Thank you.
