Hammers fit to Strings

Hi Michael:

I did listen to the sample tones on fit and unfit hammers.
the unfit hammer had more energy in the 7th and 9 partials than
did the properly fit hammer. Unfit graph showed a slightly
higher partial content than the fit hammer graph. The net result
seemed to me to be a longer body of duration for the fit hammer,
but only very slightly. 

The first time I listen, they both seemed too much alike.
