Music Board Cloth

Dear List,

I recently serviced a 1888 or 1889 Geo. B. Davis upright in very nice
condition.  The cloth backing the ornate music board is old and rotten.  In
the supply catalogs I have, such cloth is not listed.  Does anyone know of
a source for such?  It's probably similar to cloth used in pump organs.
Without the cloth you can see the action at work, but the owner would like
the cloth in place to help keep dust out.
